The goal of our organization is to utilize both local and international resources to offer educational services to the people of Tanzania & Zanzibar. We operate a nursery school & daycare, community center, and a volunteer house in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar. As an NGO, we welcome both locals and foreigners alike the opportunity to participate in cultural exchange and volunteering.
Edward Busungu executes the building and maintenance of the center while Danny Kim assists in these initiatives.
Every month, we will update you about our project by posting to this site where the money is coming from and going to.
Our organization employs local sustainability practices while also securing assistance from the international community to make sure we can function in perpetuity.
The purpose of the Busungu Community Center is to provide a proper education to children in Nyakasangwe Tanzania.
